4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.2 Account Types

• Tenant Accounts: Organizations (law firms, legal departments) that have their own workspace
• User Accounts: Individual users within a tenant organization
• Admin Accounts: Users with administrative privileges within their tenant

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data in bulk without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our consent
• Use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or illegal

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by The AI Company LTD and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6.3 Legal Databases

Access to legal databases is provided under license. You may not redistribute, copy, or commercially exploit database content outside of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
